Troy's education includes going to Rutland elementary and high school, School of Mines and Technology, SDSU for Mechanical Engineering. MANY seminars on sales, goal setting, personal achievement, growing up around construction for most of his life. He graduated from basic training and Advance Individual Training in 1990, severed 14 years Army National Guard, and finish with three Military Occupational Specialties. Troy sold insurance, annuities, and securities from 1994-2003, owned a Mortgage Brokerage from 1999-2011 writing over 2500 loans. Also he has owned a Real Estate Brokerage from 2003-2013, selling over 150 houses personally. Troy is a co-owner of TNT Construction from 2001- Present. He is currently building the 114th home and the prices have ranged anywhere from $160,000 to $600,000. He starting working with construction activities at age 15 with Arlen Trygstad. He has bid well over 300 homes and along with dozens upon dozens of smaller projects from decks to major remodels. His company has won the Parade of Homes in Sioux Falls four times as TNT Construction.
